The All Progressives Congress (APC) is a political party in Nigeria, formed on 6 February 2013 in anticipation of the 2015 elections.
Mr. Uguru Mathew Ofoke is a Nigerian politician and administrator from Ebonyi State, currently serving as National Treasurer of the APC and Chairman of the Governing Board of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Umuahia. He is a member of the party’s National Working Committee, overseeing its financial and treasury operations.
He is a key stakeholder in Ebonyi APC politics, closely aligned with Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, and is known for his calm, stabilizing, and “selfless” approach to leadership. Before his national role, he held important positions within the state party structure.
Between 2025 and 2026, Ofoke has remained active in major party functions, including welcoming political defectors and participating in strategic NWC meetings nationwide.
